About Common Ground East Perth

Common Ground East Perth is a purpose-built, mixed-tenure apartment community providing long-term, secure housing in a modern high-rise environment. Mission Australia Housing manages all tenancies and property services to support a safe, professionally managed place to live. The development includes 112 self-contained studio and one-bed apartments, close to public transport, Perth CBD and key employment areas. Within the complex there are affordable housing and social housing homes.

What is affordable housing?

Purpose-built apartments for eligible low to moderate income working singles. Rent is set at 30% of income up to 74.99% of market rent.

Who can apply

Affordable Housing applicants must meet WA Affordable Housing eligibility criteria.

Key requirements:

  • Single applicants only
  • Income up to $62,000 per year (working singles)
  • Meet asset limits (based on Centrelink eligibility thresholds)
