About Common Ground East Perth

Common Ground East Perth is a purpose-built mixed-tenure permanent housing development delivered in partnership with government and sector stakeholders. Mission Australia Housing (MAH) is the housing provider responsible for tenancy management, property management, allocations, and ongoing resident outcomes. 

The development includes 112 self-contained apartments delivered under the Residential Tenancies Act in a high-rise, high-density environment with an integrated service delivery model. 

The tenancy mix is: 

  • 30% Social Housing
  • 22 residences (20% of development) Affordable Housing
  • 50% Rough Sleeper Cohort

This mix reflects the Common Ground model of providing permanent housing alongside on-site support services to support long-term housing stability and positive community outcomes.
