Safe, resilient and thriving families, children and young people

Helping families build resilience and brighter futures through early intervention, safety and wellbeing support.

What we do

We offer child and family support, youth services, domestic violence prevention and response, youth diversion, and early intervention programs. We build relationships and trust with people while providing vital services that offer tailored support, practical help, and connections with other specialist services and housing.

By working with children, young people and families, we help them build resilience, develop essential skills, and create a foundation for fulfilling, stable lives.

What we advocate for

We advocate for greater investment in early intervention and prevention services that help children, young people and families thrive.

When families experience financial stress, housing insecurity or other life challenges, timely support can strengthen relationships, keep children safe and prevent homelessness.

When rising costs push families into homelessness

Like thousands of families across Australia, Ruby’s was pushed into homelessness by rising living costs, unaffordable rent, and sudden life events. With limited options, they had no choice but to sleep in a friend’s garage — a reality becoming all too common.
