Australian or permanent residents on low to moderate incomes who may not qualify for social housing
Type of housing
Long-term, secure tenancy
Rent
In affordable housing, you can apply for a rent subsidy to help reduce your rent. Your rent is usually based on whichever is lower:
- 74.99% of market rent, or
- a set percentage of your household income
Support services
May include general tenancy support
