At Mission Australia’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), we believe work should give you dignity, purpose, and the chance to contribute meaningfully. We don’t just help you find a job, we help you find the right job for you, and give you every chance to succeed.

Is this right for me?

• You’re 14 or older (but not yet at Age Pension age).
• You have a disability, injury, or health condition that affects your ability to work.
• You’ve been assessed with a future work capacity of 0 to 30 hours per week (there’s no minimum required).
• You’re finishing Year 12 or looking for work.
• You’re an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa.
• You’re unemployed, working below your capacity, or at risk of losing your job.
