The letter Nadia wants to share with you

Nadia* is rebuilding her life after escaping horrific abuse.
The Mission Australia community helped provide her with safe accommodation at Yaralla Cottages, plus kind, non-judgemental support. She sent this heartwarming letter of thanks.
"I suffered from emotional, physical, and financial abuse that nearly caused me to end my life.
Mission Australia provided me with housing and helped me to feel safe, secure, and respected. They provided a lot of emotional support and connected me to programs so that I could socialise with others. They also helped support my well-being.
I honestly feel there are no words to describe how grateful I am for all that caring support.
Right now, I am very happy. I have a safe home that was offered to me by public housing, and Mission Australia has supported me in buying all the furniture, which I could not afford.
Thank you so much to the Mission Australia staff. They were amazing, caring, and great at what they do.
And thank you to the Mission Australia community. Because of you, more people's lives are changed for the better.”
